Prophecy of Belief
Karinna: We live in a world of illusions that we have created to have particular experiences. The world outside of us, including our relationships, is really a mirror for what is within us. Our world reflects what we believe and the illusions shift as we change our perceptions and belief systems.
Is that really how it works? Yes, it is!
We think we see our life with our eyes, but our eyes don’t really see on their own; it’s our brain that sees. Our brain is actually a “processing unit” that brings the world into focus and shows us what we believe we will see.
This is not an unbiased representation of the world that our brain presents us, but rather a curated version influenced by our beliefs, experiences, emotions, and cultural conditioning. It selectively highlights certain elements, suppresses others, and fills in the gaps of missing information based on what it believes we will see.

Kahu Fred Sterling, my mentor and the founder of Signature Cell Healing, called this “Prophecy of Belief.” Over the years, Kahu Fred created powerful workshops and volumes of guidance on this, with the tools to heal the self and to create more of what we desire in our lives. These self-healing techniques, now taught in new online workshops, help us to expand our belief systems, shift our illusions more and more into love.
Believe it and you will see it!
Recently in meditation, I asked Kahu for an update on this as we complete this year of transition, 2023, and move into the new year.
Kahu: As you approach the energy of the new year, 2024, revel in the discovery of your world. Be curious, explore and discover all the gems that await you in life. This is your journey and you created it for a reason. There is guidance everywhere for everyone. You’ve just got to pay attention, listen and follow your heart.
Belief informs your journey more than you know. You become a conscious creator when you realize that you have the ability to focus your beliefs and feelings and direct them to create change in your life—and also in the world, for that matter.
Understand the power of your heart and mind to go beyond the limits of what you think is possible, for there really are no limits until you choose to place them there. Balance your thoughts in love, focus them on what you desire and watch what happens. It will feel miraculous, because it will be you creating your journey as you’d like it to be.
Can you imagine a collective consciousness of the lightworkers on Earth resonating to love to bring about peace on Earth? Let this also be the focus in your personal life and you will feel everything coming together in harmony and love to create all that you truly desire.
Feel it, believe it, and you will see it.
