In this time of the Great Shift in Consciousness, we are reminded of the power of the 10 Principles of Consciously Creating, from the first Principle of Truth to the tenth Principle of Masterminding, we become aware that in truth, there is no separation in our oneness with all that is.

Have you ever had one of those days when you felt out of sorts and you didn't know why? Have you felt a cold coming on, decided to push through it and felt lousy because of it? Maybe what you were experiencing wasn't an illness at all. Maybe you were receiving a splinter. Huh? A what?

I write this now because I have recently received important guidance which I'd like to share with you.  And you may be feeling—as I did—that at a time when we have the opportunity to shift into the next dimension, many of us may be unwittingly feeding energy into a mastermind of fear and anger that holds us to the third-dimension.

The ancient Lemurians walked their lives with the awareness that the stars and the planets in the skies above them were reflections of the love within them. There was an interactive flow of energies between celestial events in the “As Above” and the “So Below” of the Lemurians on Earth.

As I remember it, we were sitting on the side of a mountain. Now that the ceremony was complete, we were all lying back with our eyes closed. I felt myself being transported to a galactic craft somewhere above the Earth.

High in the Himalayas, the Goddess Light is speaking through the mountain known as Chomolungma, the Mother Goddess of the Universe—and some there are listening.

My mother Aileen was a loving, free-spirit of the Lemurian Goddess Light, an angel incarnate who brought so much joy and happiness into the lives of others. On September 26, 2014, she left her physical body, completing a beautiful life journey and creating her new beginning in the Creator's Light.

With rising levels of fear that seem to be all around us now—in the news, on the Internet and just in daily life—perhaps you’ve had experiences such as I’ve had lately to choose clarity over chaos. In recent years, I’ve been more concerned about taking care of family members with health concerns than I have with any health challenges of my own, so when something came up for me recently, I found myself searching for clarity in my mind about what was going on.

On the morning after Election Day 2016 in the U.S, the Sun actually rose as before, people were going to work and kids were walking to school, yet as I began my meditation around 5:00 am, it felt different. The usual trade winds had stopped blowing, so there was a stillness, but it wasn’t really that. In a strongly Democratic state like Hawaii and the birthplace of our current President, I felt a stunned and almost somber feeling prevailing.

The number five in Lemurian Numerology is the number for Love—the unconditional Love of the Creator within us all. How perfect is it then that in May, the fifth month of the year, we celebrate this love within the self, Mother’s Day and the nurturing love of the feminine light everywhere?

As some of you may know, I have a special reason to be grateful now, as I have passed a new "initiation point" on my Lemurian shamanic journey called life. Some would call it a car accident, yet as time passes and I gain a greater perspective, I'm choosing to see it as one of the greatest gifts that I have ever received.

Recently, my life as been filled with some rapid changes—a journey of balancing love for the self and others. Within about five months' time, as my new business became more expansive and fun, my parents went from living their lives independently to needing 24-hour care every day.

Three times each year, the planet Mercury seems to go “backward” in the sky from our perspective on Earth in a phenomenon known as Mercury retrograde. Mercury is known as the transformational messenger and moves quickly and freely between the celestial world and the human world. In Lemurian Astrology, Mercury represents our mind, our perception of reality, the way we communicate and how we process information.

Mercury is well-known as the planet that rules communications, perceptions and how we process information. Much has been written about Mercury’s retrograde cycle and how bad it can be with all the mishaps and miscommunications that can occur. I’d like to offer a “balancing comment” on this.

In Lemuria, the idea of balance was synonymous with the feeling of unconditional Love. When we can feel ourselves in an unconditionally loving space and release the fears that have been holding us back, we will find a balance that allows us to trust that life is unfolding in the most perfect way.
