Lemuria Lives Within

I recently asked my guidance about the challenging energies that many—including myself—have felt recently as we move further into the Great Shift in Consciousness. A Lemurian Guardian Goddess Light of great love offered a response for all of us, including a beautiful meditation.
In the love of Goddess Light, I greet you humbly and offer a message of love. First, allow me to say that the Goddess Light, the Love of Creation, is weaving with everyone on the Earth plane. Even though you may feel challenges along the lines of fear, worry or anger, please know that you are held in love.
Are you a Returning Lemurian?
Many feeling challenges now are returning Lemurians who have come back for this Great Shift in Consciousness. Perhaps you are a returning Lemurian. The Lemurians lived in an ancient society that existed 40,000-50,000 years ago on a huge continent in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. They experienced a great shift each time they evolved from one level of consciousness to the next—from the third to the fourth to the fifth dimension.
The Goddess Light Heralds a Great Shift
Each time there was a shift, the Goddess Light came forth to herald the transition. It created an awakening within the hearts of the Lemurian people—a knowing that the energy of this Divine Love was present in everyone, male or female. This awareness energized a feeling of oneness among all Lemurians and their connection into the Creator’s Light. It came like a voice within that said, “I am Creator incarnate. I am Love, and I choose to evolve to the next level.”
Awakening to the Goddess Light Within
As in the times of Lemuria, Mother Earth is now in ascension mode, moving to a higher frequency of love. Soon the opportunities for third-dimensional experiences will no longer be available on this plane. Some will choose to leave now because they are complete and ready to enter new dimensional experiences, yet those who choose to stay will experience something very special—a great shift incarnate. It is a time for all to awaken and to feel their Goddess Light within.
Meeting Life’s Challenges with Love
In these shifting times, you may feel impatient, “testy” or otherwise not in a space of acceptance of where you find yourself in the now. Acceptance is the first step because, ultimately, you created a plan or a blueprint for your life so you could be present for this momentous time.
For many, this is the final opportunity to complete third-dimensional lesson plans. On a deeper level, you know that time is literally running out for third-dimensional experiences on Earth, and you may feel anxious to move through them in order to evolve to the next dimension and perhaps beyond. As you face the situations in your life, you’ll recognize that they present opportunities to learn and to move into a new era of love on this planet.
Should you feel impatient, angry or even fearful, go deep within and find the love, light and truth of who you are. Let go of the self-judgment and any sense of separation and recognize that you are always connected to love. You are walking a path guided by your higher self and guidance lights, including all the great master teachers. Let love guide you every step of the way. Love is who you are, and when you connect with the collective force of love, you are in perfect alignment with your beingness.
A Meditation to Feel your Goddess Light
I ask you to take a moment to feel this with me now. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Imagine golden particles of the Creator’s Light above your head. As you breathe, draw these particles through your crown chakra and into the pineal gland in the center of your head. Let the particles weave with your blueprint in the pineal gland. Feel the perfection of your journey.
Take another deep breath, allow the golden particles to flow into your heart chakra and connect into your own particle of Goddess Light. Feel an expansion of love, tenderness and compassion for yourself and your journey. As you do this, perhaps you will see colors, hear sounds or simply feel a love that awakens a memory within you of a land long ago known as Lemuria.
Be present with the energies and feel love permeate every thought that you have. When you feel impatient, infuse that thought with love. Allow the guidance to come from your heart. You are perfect just as you are. I pray that you can truly feel this. Let no one else set the rhythm of your life. Set your own course. Let love fill your sails and embark on your journey of discovery guided by love.
Come back from your meditation now and remember that you are never separated from love. It resides within your heart, and it is your connection to All That Is. Feel this and know that Lemuria lives within the hearts of everyone on this planet.
