Late in the evening of November 10, 2022, Kahu Fred Sterling, my mentor, dear friend and founder of Signature Cell Healing® released his physical body to continue his guiding light from the etheric realms. His departure came as a shock, even though he had been preparing for several years to keep “The Beauty”—Signature Cell Healing, the Honolulu Church of Light and Kirael.com—moving forward in love for generations to come.

Many of you were avid reader of the channelings from Master Guide Kirael that were published in the Sdona Journal, which I was honored as Kahu’s publisher to submit. For many years, I have felt a deep heart connection to all of you throuh the Kirael wisdom and more recently through my channelings from the Goddess light and guidance realms.

This moment feels like a spiritual marker in time and a new phase in the awakening to love that Kahu and Master Kirael were guiding us to reach. I feel so grateful for Kahu’s teaching and his service as the master medium for our loving seventh-dimensional guardian spirit guide, Master Guide Kirael. The Kahu and Kirael wisdom has been a constant light of guidance for me and all those who choose to heal the self, age the soul, and evolve to life’s highest potential.

In the greater picture of Kahu’s mission to raise awareness of the Great Shift and the power of love to heal the self and Mother Earth, we may never be completely aware of the full extent of his healing light. However, I know that his enduring legacy of love has raised the planet to a new frequency of love and given us all that we need to be ready for the next phases of the awakening to love on Earth.

As I continue to move through the love and feelings of missing Kahu’s physical presence every day, I would like to take this opportunity to share some reflections about my master teacher and the light of healing that he held for our planet and for the many people he touched around the world.

Kahu’s Guidance of Unconditional Love

In my many twenty-five plus years of working with Kahu and experiencing his guidance, I watched him evolve his own light at the same time that he was that he guided and healed others. By looking inward for his own healing and observing the reflections of life around him, he held a space of love for all of us to heal. For example, if you were ever in conversation with Kahu, you may have noticed how carefully he listened. It felt as though he was weaving with your energy and listening without judgement so that you felt loved no matter where you were in your healing journey. As he listened, I know that he also focused inward for the messages that he needed to hear from others in order to heal and to evolve to higher levels of service.

As a true master teacher, I learned that when Kahu was spoke, it was best to listen carefully because he usually said things once and didn’t repeat. If someone interjected or we missed it somehow, he knew that we weren’t ready to hear that guidance. He guided us with unconditional love for where we were in that moment, thereby allowing us to experience our healing journeys. Even so, I knew that he would not just leave us struggling or wondering; he would be pray and work with us in our sleep state for greater understanding.

Early in my time with Kahu and Master Guide Kirael, like many others, I learned that I am living what is called a “clean-up lifetime” with a life blueprint filled with lots of lesson plans and past lives to heal. I experienced healing these important issues many times over the many years that I worked and traveled with Kahu and again recently as my healing journey opened quite dramatically to new levels.

As this year unfolded, I suddenly found myself in a lot of physical pain and challenged by a diagnosis of arthritis and osteoporosis. “Where the heck did that come from?” I wondered, yet with Kahu and Master Kirael’s guidance, I recognized it as lesson plans at new levels of my life blueprint that I was ready to heal. Knowing this helps me to go beyond the fear to do the full healing journey that I have come here to do.

What does it mean to do the full healing journey? It means putting into practice the evolutionary Lemurian wisdom and healing guidance that Kahu and Master Kirael have shared with the world, including Signature Cell Healing, the “5 Breath Self-Healing Meditation,” the Ten Principles of Consciously Creating, and the Lemurian Goddess Light. It is about staying in love and always looking for the next steps in the process of healing.

With Kahu and Master Kirael’s guidance, I am following the healing insights I receive to do the full healing journey and to never give up—what Kahu called “the journey of five or fifty steps.” This helps me to find the positive, healing aspects of what was happening in my life, never give up, and always move forward in love.

Kahu’s Enduring Legacy of Love and Healing

Kahu always said, “Everything can be healed in love,” and I know that this is true, because I’ve seen it in others, and I’m living it myself. Part of Kahu and Kirael’s legacy of love and healing is my personal healing and great shift. I know that I can heal anything in love because they showed us how to move from fear to love and from love into in-lightenment.

I am so grateful that Kahu and Master Kirael created, developed and shared Signature Cell Healing to guide us in our healing, whatever it may be. Master Kirael once said to me, “You can heal anything if you want to, and you want to.” And I do. I want to heal everything that I came here to heal, and I want to share that with everyone who wants to discover it for themselves.

If you have ever experienced Kahu and Master Guide Kirael’s energies in person or at a distance, you will understand this: They held the light open for us to heal ourselves, age our souls and raise our frequency of love for a great shift in consciousness. Through their enduring wisdom, we find incredible healing opportunities beyond what is considered possible in our world, and yet they are happening for so many of us.

Kahu Fred Sterling’s legacy of love is mastery of his mission to show us the path of healing the self and aging the soul. This is not just for me or for those of us close to him; it is available for everyone. Signature Cell Healing is the key to the Great Shift and our evolution into the higher dimensions of love on Earth.

Kahu, from my heart, I will be eternally grateful for all your love and healing light for me and so many of us around the world.
